Sodick's C32 is the worlds' most affordable CNC sinker EDM. It is an affordable machining solution for shops on a tight budget. The machine has an axis travel of 12" x 8" x 6", worktank size of 24" x 18" x 12", maximum electrode weight is 44 lbs, maximum workpiece weight of 110 lbs. and its compact deign can fit into a 3.5" x 5.5" work area. Features of the C32 CNC Sinker EDM USER-FRIENDLY CNC CONTROL The C32 user-friendly control prompts the operator to input the required cutting data and the EDM will write the NC code that includes the cutting conditions and offsets. The C32's control has adopted the 1Gbit/sec-super high speed serial communication technology which has never been used in EDM industry. This high speed communication system is used in the control system and has improved driving performance, responsiveness to servo control, and reliability.
